This fix is for if you are trying to launch New World and it says Play, you click Play, and then nothing happens after a few seconds. Note2: disabling all services may cause some other applications to not function properly so keep that in mind, you may have to slowly re-enable them to find which one is actually preventing new world from launching. Note1: could break computer per other users response, for me disabling only EntryProtect Service by SentryBay allowed me to play.
