Select a Windows Aero theme then click on the “Window Color” option and pick a nice matching green. So you’ve got your JPEG file, right click your desktop and hit “Personalize”. “A” is a JPEG ready for use and has the name “My PC” as the Pip-Boy characters name, “B” is a PSD file ready for editing in Photoshop - do with it what you will! (You may want the original Pip-Boy font if you want to edit text - find link below)
You’ll want that perfect fit! If you’re displaying at 1920 x 1080 then you’re off the mark quick! We have two files for you to choose from. If you have your own editing program you’re going to want to change this up if your screen resolution doesn’t match.
